Ø Short term and long team process improvement plan incl. investment Ø Process SOP set up and management Ø Leading digitization of process ERP system. Ø Plant key metrics management - Plant key measurement data gathering, analysis and action items. Qualification and experience Ø 5 to 8 years of experience in the area of engineering plastics Ø BA in Chemical Engineering (or Chemistry) Ø Plastics compounding or chemical industry experience Ø Strong understanding of the petrochemical process Desired Personal Competencies Ø Strong interpersonal and communication Ø Good command of English both verbal and written communication Ø Solid Analytical & process skills/Knowledge of Six Sigma tools & process Ø Be a good team player to work and contribute Ø Good in leadership or leadership potential Others Ø Location is Chung Ju in Chungchongbukdo |
